**HR & Recruitment Manager / Virtual Assistant - Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote, Full-Time, Long-Term)**

We're a fast-growing YouTube media company running 30+ monetised channels with a remote team of 70+ editors, writers, designers, and virtual assistants. We're scaling fast and need a Recruitment Manager who can keep up.

This is a full-time, long-term, work-from-home role owning our entire hiring and recruitment pipeline. You'll work as a Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR Virtual Assistant, finding talent, screening it, testing it, and making sure we never run short of the people we need to keep growing.

**Your day-to-day tasks:**
- Posting job ads and recruitment listings across ---------- servers, OnlineJobs.ph, Reddit, Upwork, and Facebook groups
- Screening applicants and running test submissions for video editors, scriptwriters, and graphic designers
- Managing a live recruitment pipeline / talent waitlist of pre-approved candidates ready to deploy immediately
- Keeping candidates warm and engaged so they don't go cold before we need them
- Full ownership of the hiring funnel so we're never scrambling to fill a role

**Requirements:**
- Fluent, excellent English (written and spoken) — non-negotiable
- Highly active communicator, available daily on ---------- , fast response time
- ---------- -native — comfortable running multiple servers/communities professionally
- Working knowledge of video editing, writing, and graphic design — enough to spot quality and call out fakers
- Figure-it-out mentality, self-directed, no hand-holding needed
- Hits deadlines without being chased

**Growth opportunity:**
Starts as a Hiring/Recruitment Manager role. For the right person this grows into a full HR and People Operations position managing the entire talent function as the company scales. We want someone who grows with us long-term.

**Salary:** $500/month base + performance bonuses for every successful hire who stays and performs. Strong long-term earning potential as you scale with us.
