About the role
We are a Singapore-based corporate events company that runs lunchtime talks and wellness sessions for large organisations, including government agencies and multinational companies. We are hiring a full-time remote Client Relations & Briefing Specialist to be the polished, professional first voice our prospective clients meet, and to help keep our events and marketing running day to day.
Your main responsibility is running short Zoo ---------- etings with corporate HR managers who have enquired about our sessions: introducing our company, understanding their team's needs, recommending the right talk, and guiding them toward booking. You will be fully trained on our presentation and approach. Around these calls, you will also support our daily coordination and social media.
This is a client-facing, conversation-led role for someone genuinely confident on camera with an excellent command of English.
What you will do

Run scheduled Zoom briefing calls with prospective corporate clients
Present our company and services using our prepared deck and script
Build rapport, understand client needs, and recommend the most suitable session
Guide interested clients toward confirming a date and topic
Plan, write, and schedule social media content across our channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Support daily events coordination between calls: scheduling, follow-ups, confirmations, and general admin
Keep client and booking records accurate and up to date

What we are looking for

Strong command of English, both spoken and written, clear, warm, and natural on video calls
Experience in sales, client servicing, account management, telesales, or customer success
Comfortable speaking with corporate and management-level professionals
Confident and persuasive without being pushy
Comfortable creating and scheduling social media content
Reliable, punctual, and able to work Singapore business hours (SGT)
Comfortable presenting from a prepared structure and improving with coaching

Nice to have

Background in events, corporate training, or professional services
Familiarity with Zoom, Google Calendar, Canva, and social media scheduling tools
