# Urgent | Ongoing Role | Home Services (Pest Control Marketing Operations)
We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Operations VA to support reporting, lead tracking, and marketing performance for a growing pest control company.
This is **not** a creative marketing or social media role. This position is focused on data, reporting, lead quality, and helping leadership understand what is driving revenue.
This is an ongoing role with an immediate need to start.
Primary Responsibilities
- Track daily lead volume from all marketing channels.
- Monitor Google Local Services Ads (LSA), Google Ads, Google Business Profile, and other lead sources.
- Review booked vs. unbooked leads and identify missed opportunities.
- Analyze call tracking and missed calls.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports for leadership.
- Maintain organized reporting dashboards in Google Sheets.
- Compare marketing performance across multiple locations and campaigns.
- Track cost per lead, cost per booked appointment, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with monthly marketing review presentations.
- Verify data accuracy across multiple platforms.
Required Experience
The following experience is **required**:
- FieldRoutes**
- Marketing Pro**
- Experience pulling reports and analyzing marketing performance.
- Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
The following experience is **strongly preferred**:
- Google Local Services Ads (LSA)
- Google Ads
- Google Business Profile
- Google Analytics
- CallRail, CallTrackingMetrics (CTM), or similar call tracking platforms.
- GoHighLevel (GHL)** is a strong plus.
- Looker Studio is a plus.
- Voice For Pest
Ideal Candidate
You should be highly analytical and comfortable working with numbers and marketing data.
We're looking for someone who:
* Has experience working with home service businesses (pest control experience is preferred).
* Understands how marketing leads flow into booked revenue.
* Can identify trends without being told exactly what to look for.
* Is proactive and communicates findings clearly.
* Pays close attention to detail.
* Enjoys building and maintaining organized reports.
* Can work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience reviewing marketing agency performance and vendor reporting is a strong plus.
