Business Development Representative & Executive Assistant (Long-Term Opportunity)
We are seeking a highly professional individual to join our growing international team. This is a long-term position for someone who is ambitious, organized, and enjoys building relationships with businesses.
Your role will combine sales, business development, customer relationship management, and executive support. You will be responsible for identifying companies, reaching out by phone and email, maintaining accurate records, and nurturing long-term relationships.
This position is best suited for someone who enjoys talking with people, is highly organized, and is motivated by performance-based earnings.

Research and identify manufacturers
Make outbound calls to introduce our organization
Send professional email outreach
Build relationships with decision-makers
Maintain detailed CRM records from the ground up
Track annual renewals and follow-up opportunities
Schedule meetings and appointments
Assist with administrative and executive support tasks
Use AI tools to improve productivity
Continuously improve our sales process
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English
French is a major advantage
Confident making cold calls
Strong professional email writing skills
Highly organized
Comfortable working independently
Experience with CRMs or willingness to learn quickly
Comfortable using ChatGPT, spreadsheets, and modern software
Persistent and disciplined with follow-ups
