We are a U.S. executive search firm specializing in recruiting accounting and finance professionals for some of the top CPA firms in the United States.
We're looking for an experienced LinkedIn Recruiter Sourcer who knows how to identify exceptional talent quickly and efficiently.
This is not a recruiting role. You will not be conducting interviews, negotiating offers, or managing candidates through the hiring process.
Your primary responsibility will be sourcing high quality candidates and launching initial outreach through LinkedIn Recruiter.
Responsibilities
Use LinkedIn Recruiter to identify qualified accounting and finance professionals across the United States.
Build targeted candidate lists based on detailed search criteria.
Send personalized first outreach messages through LinkedIn.
Maintain organized candidate pipelines.
Work closely with our recruiting team to continuously refine search strategies.
Identify passive candidates who may not be actively looking.
Deliver high quality candidate lists with speed and accuracy.
Requirements
Required
Extensive experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong sourcing experience for professional level positions.
Excellent written English.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Highly organized and able to follow established processes.
Fast learner with strong internet research skills.
Strongly Preferred
Previous sourcing experience within accounting, finance, or public accounting.
Experience sourcing Tax, Audit, CAS, CFO, Controller, or Accounting professionals.
Experience supporting a U.S. recruiting or executive search firm.
Familiarity with Boolean search techniques, filters, and advanced LinkedIn Recruiter functionality.
