JOB OVERVIEW

I'm a US-based entrepreneur and content creator with 29.5k followers on Instagram and 14k on TikTok, and I'm going all in on social media. I'm in the process of transitioning away from the daily hustle — I run a Turo fleet, flip items on eBay, and live a genuinely interesting life — but I need someone who can help me turn that life into content that builds a brand and generates real income.
Here's the honest truth: I don't always know what to film, when to film it, or how to structure my content for growth. I need someone who does. I film, you plan, you edit, we grow together.

What you'll do:

Build me a weekly content calendar based on my life and schedule
Tell me exactly what to film each day — specific ideas, hooks, angles
Write captions, hooks, and hashtags optimized for each platform
Research trending audio and formats on TikTok and Reels
Edit raw footage into polished ready to post content
Think long term about brand building and monetization — brand deals, YouTube AdSense, affiliate income

What I'm looking for:

Someone who understands the creator economy and how to actually grow and monetize
Strong short form editing skills — TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts
Can build content strategy not just execute tasks
Understands authentic lifestyle content — no overproduced corporate stuff
Fast turnaround, reliable, great communicator
Someone who wants to grow with a brand long term, not just clock hours

Hours & Pay: Part time to start, flexible based on content volume. Wages flexible based on skill and experience — bring more to the table and we can talk about it.
