JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We're a property development team with real expertise, strong projects, and leaders who have genuine opinions about the industry — we just need someone to turn that into a magnetic LinkedIn presence. We're looking for a LinkedIn Ghostwriter to write in the voice of our directors and key people, building trust, authority, and pipeline across the property and development space.

This is a voice-matching role first and foremost: readers should never know it wasn't written by the person whose name is on the post.

What You'll Do
Ghostwrite LinkedIn content for one or more of our leaders — posts, thought-leadership pieces, project stories, market takes, and engagement-driving hooks.
Capture and replicate each person's voice — tone, vocabulary, point of view — so content feels authentically theirs.
Run idea-mining sessions: interview leaders (calls, voice notes, Slack/email) and turn raw thoughts into polished posts.
Build content calendars and maintain a consistent posting cadence across profiles.
Tell the development story: turn projects, site progress, market trends, and behind-the-scenes ---------- nts into compelling content.
Write strong hooks and formats optimized for LinkedIn's feed — short-form, listicles, narratives, contrarian takes, carousel copy, etc.
Engage strategically: draft comments and replies that extend reach and conversations (where in scope).
Stay on-message and on-brand — accurate, professional, and aligned with how we want to be seen in the property market.
Track performance (impressions, engagement, follower growth, inbound conversations) and iterate based on what works.
What You'll Bring
2+ years writing for social media, ghostwriting, copywriting, or content marketing — with a portfolio of LinkedIn content (ghostwritten work welcome, with permission).
Proven ability to mimic and sustain someone else's voice convincingly.
Deep, current understanding of what performs on LinkedIn — hooks, formats, the algorithm, posting cadence.
Sharp writing and editing skills; you make complex ideas simple and compelling.
Strong interviewing/listening skills to extract ideas from busy executives.
Self-directed, organized, and reliable with deadlines and calendars.
Bonus: experience in property, real estate, construction, or development, plus familiarity with tools like Shield, Taplio, or similar LinkedIn analytics/scheduling platforms.
