You'll be speaking with warm inbound leads who have already expressed interest. No cold calling. Your role is to build trust, qualify prospects, and guide them toward the next step before connecting them with our licensed US advisors.

Every day you'll:
- Call warm leads who requested information
- Build genuine rapport and earn trust quickly
- Ask the right questions to qualify each prospect
- Handle objections with confidence and professionalism
- Keep prospects engaged and ready for enrollment
- Transfer qualified calls to our licensed US sales team
- Update CRM notes accurately after every conversation
- Hit daily and weekly KPIs while continuously improving your performance
