About the Role

We operate a growing Amazon wholesale business and are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help us open direct wholesale accounts with brands.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify qualified brands, research their wholesale programs, contact them via email, and manage the follow-up process until an account is opened or a final decision is received.

This is a structured, analytical role. Success comes from following a proven process precisely and consistently -- not from guessing or improvising. If you enjoy working within established systems, tracking data meticulously, and continuously improving your outreach skills, you will thrive here.

Every lead and outreach effort you submit will be reviewed. You will receive clear feedback explaining what was done correctly, what needs improvement, and why.


How the Position Works

3-Day Paid Trial

Your first 3 days are a paid trial at the full hourly rate.

As long as you follow the SOP and submit quality work, you will be paid for every hour worked -- no exceptions.

During the trial, you will:
- Follow our SOP to identify and qualify brands
- Submit real, qualified brand leads
- Execute initial outreach and follow-ups
- Receive feedback on your work

If your work meets our standards and you demonstrate the ability to follow instructions, you will move directly into the permanent position.

We do not conduct lengthy interviews -- your work speaks for itself.


Permanent Position

Once hired, you will focus on sourcing qualified brands and managing the outreach pipeline.

You will continue receiving feedback on your submissions and will be expected to apply that feedback consistently. VAs who take feedback seriously and improve over time are the ones who grow the fastest -- and the ones we invest in the most.

Repeatedly making the same mistakes after they have been explained is the primary reason someone is removed from the role.

Responsibilities

You will:
- Research and identify brands that meet our qualification criteria
- Analyze brands using SmartScout and SellerAmp to confirm they meet our standards
- Find each brand's official website and wholesale/dealer information
- Locate the appropriate contact person, email address, or wholesale application
- Send professional outreach emails using our templates and SOP
- Submit wholesale applications when applicable
- Track all outreach, responses, and follow-ups in our Google Sheets CRM
- Follow up with brands consistently until a response or final outcome is received
- Communicate promptly if additional business information or documentation is needed


Brand Requirements

Brands generally must meet our sourcing criteria, including requirements for:
- Estimated Monthly Revenue
- Brand Score
- Average Seller Count
- Amazon In-Stock Rate
- IP Safety and Risk Flags
- Direct Amazon Competition

All specific qualification criteria will be covered in detail during training.


Requirements

Required:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong internet research skills
- Excellent written English and professional email communication
- Proficiency with Google Sheets
- Reliable internet connection and personal computer
- Ability to follow detailed processes independently
- Organized and able to keep accurate records

Preferred:
- Experience with Amazon wholesale, supplier outreach, or B2B communication
- Experience using SmartScout, SellerAmp SAS, or similar Amazon research tools
