JOB OVERVIEW

Video Clipper — Turn Long-Form Videos into Standalone YouTube Clips & Shorts (Full-Time, Long-Term)
Pay: $5 Per Video for fully completed videos approved by management.
Need atleast 6 approved videos daily no maximum for how many you can create.

About the role
We take long-form videos (often interviews) and pull the best ---------- nts out of them to make brand-new, standalone videos for YouTube and short-form (Reels/Shorts).

Your job is not just trimming the start and end.

You'll find the valuable lessons hidden inside a long video, cut each one out cleanly, and remove anything that ties it back to the original video so the finished clip looks and feels like its own video.

Someone who never saw the original should watch your clip and have it make complete sense.

You'll also come up with the title for each clip based on what real people would search for.

We have a clear step-by-step SOP you'll follow, so you won't be guessing but you do need to understand the content well enough to make smart calls.

What you'll do:
Watch long-form videos and find the ---------- nts that could stand alone as their own video
Cut each topic out cleanly and remove every reference to the original video's main topic (this is the most important skill)
Make sure each clip covers one topic only and makes sense on its own
Write a search-based title for each clip (what would someone type to find this?)
Produce long-form clips (2–9 minutes) and short-form clips / Reels / Shorts (1–3 minutes)
Follow our SOP precisely and deliver clean, ready-to-publish videos

Who we're looking for
Required:

Fluent English spoken and written.

You must be able to easily understand fast, casual English in the videos, because you can't clip content you don't understand.

Your written English must be clear too. On shorts we will need videos captioned with no english mistakes.

Understanding of online business and Facebook / social media marketing enough to know what entrepreneurs care about.

Our audiences are business owners, and marketers / people running ads online, so you need a feel for what they want to learn and what they would search for.

Solid video editing skills cutting, trimming, and captioning for both YouTube (horizontal) and Shorts/Reels (vertical)
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow an SOP exactly
Reliable and available full-time (40 hrs/week)
Your own computer and a stable internet connection

Nice to have (not required):

Experience clipping for a YouTube channel, podcast, or coaching/marketing business
Familiarity with YouTube search/SEO and what makes a title get clicks
Experience with CapCut, or Premiere Pro
