JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on B2B marketer with strong outbound and cold email experience who can help us generate qualified leads and build a repeatable lead generation system.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and take ownership of cold email campaigns, outbound prospecting, lead generation, and marketing automation across multiple brands.

This is a hands-on role. We’re looking for someone who can build campaigns, find the right prospects, write effective outreach, test messaging, track results, and continuously improve performance.

What You’ll Do
Develop and execute cold email and outbound lead generation campaigns
Build targeted prospect lists and identify qualified B2B leads
Create cold email sequences, messaging, and follow-up campaigns
Test different subject lines, offers, messaging, and targeting to improve response rates
Monitor campaign performance, including deliverability, open rates, reply rates, meetings, and qualified leads
Use outbound tools and automation to scale lead generation
Generate leads through other channels such as paid ads, funnels, and digital marketing
Work with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion
Create and improve marketing campaigns and messaging
Track leads, conversions, and campaign performance
Use AI, automation, and marketing tools to improve efficiency
Work across multiple brands and marketing channels
Take ownership of growth projects from strategy through execution
Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced in B2B cold email and outbound lead generation
Hands-on with building and managing outbound campaigns
Comfortable researching prospects and identifying ideal customer profiles
Able to write clear, compelling B2B outreach messages
Data-driven and comfortable analyzing campaign performance
Able to test, optimize, and improve campaigns based on results
Experienced in generating qualified leads, meetings, and pipeline
Comfortable working across different marketing channels
Resourceful and adaptable—you don’t need to know everything, but you know how to figure things out
Comfortable working independently
Focused on leads, pipeline, and revenue, not just likes and engagement
Experience

Strong experience in any of the following is a plus:

Cold Email Marketing
Outbound Lead Generation
B2B Lead Generation
B2B Marketing
Growth Marketing
Demand Generation

Email Marketing
Marketing Automation
Performance Marketing

Experience with tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Semrush, CRM platforms, ChatGPT, or Claude is a plus, but not required.
