THE POSITION

We're hiring a **Customer Intake Specialist** to work alongside our experienced CSR. Your primary responsibility is being the first impression of our company.

Every phone call matters.

You'll answer incoming calls, help customers understand our services, schedule appointments, communicate with our operations team, and make sure every customer receives an outstanding experience.

This is primarily a **weekend position**.

**Typical Schedule (Eastern Time):**

* Saturday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
* Sunday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

As you become more experienced, you'll likely also work:

* Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
* Monday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Although you'll be paid for the entire shift, there will naturally be slower periods between calls. During downtime, you'll assist with CRM updates, customer follow-ups, organization, and continuous improvement.

* Answer incoming customer phone calls
* Schedule junk removal, demolition, and dumpster rental appointments
* Respond to customer text messages and emails
* Communicate with our Operations Manager and field crews
* Keep customer information accurate inside our CRM
* Help improve systems and workflows
* Process payments and assist with overdue invoices when needed
* Maintain a professional, friendly, and confident attitude on every interaction

REQUIREMENTS

* Excellent spoken English
* Comfortable speaking with American customers
* Professional phone presence
* Quiet home office
* Reliable high-speed internet
* Quality headset with clear microphone
* Reliable computer
* Able to work Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM-6:00 PM EST
* Previous customer service experience
* Able to learn new software quickly

PAY & GROWTH

Starting Pay:
**$4.00 USD/hour**

After completing training and consistently performing at a high level, you'll become eligible for performance bonuses.

As our company continues growing, there will be opportunities for increased responsibilities, leadership, and higher compensation for the right person.
