JOB OVERVIEW

Full-Time | Paid Training | Starting at $4.00 USD/hour

We helps homeowners who are facing foreclosure or mortgage-related challenges. We work directly with homeowners to understand their situation, educate them about our foreclosure assistance process, and determine whether our services may be a good fit.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates exceptionally well, and wants to build a long-term career with our team.

This is a consultative sales role—not a high-pressure sales position. Success comes from building trust, actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, and guiding homeowners through the next steps of our process.

Compensation & Schedule:
* Full-Time
* Starting Pay: $4.00 USD/hour during paid training
* Paid training provided

What You'll Do:
* Speak with homeowners over the phone.
* Build rapport and establish trust.
* Gather important information about each homeowner's situation.
* Explain our foreclosure assistance process.
* Determine whether our services may be a good fit.
* Document conversations in our CRM.

* Customer Support Specialist
* Customer Success Representative
* Phone Support Representative

Requirements:
* Excellent spoken English
* Neutral or American English accent preferred

No foreclosure or mortgage experience is required. Paid training is provided.
