JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative video creator who can produce engaging animated “Day in the Life” explanation/story videos for a YouTube channel.

The style is a mix of:
Simple animation
Character-based storytelling
Fast-paced picture movements
Funny edits
Strong hooks and retention-focused editing

The videos should always have one main character that appears in every video and becomes recognizable (like a mascot/character).

The stories can be generated with ChatGPT, and the voiceovers will be created with ElevenLabs. Your job is to bring the story to life visually.

Your responsibilities:
Create 5–10 minute YouTube videos
Animate the main character and scenes
Add movement, zooms, transitions, expressions, and funny ---------- nts
Keep the viewer interested with strong pacing
Add visual hooks every few seconds
Make the storytelling entertaining

My responsibilities:
Giving you the story for every video.
Giving you the mp3 file that says the entire story

Important:
You do NOT need to create complex Disney-level animation. Simple but effective animation is okay. The priority is:
Storytelling
Retention
Humor
Making people keep watching

Workflow:
Create visuals + animation
Deliver final YouTube-ready video

Requirements:
Experience with YouTube storytelling videos
Experience with animation/editing
Understanding of retention and viral content
Ability to create a consistent character style
Good sense of humor and pacing

Payment & Growth Bonus Structure:

We want to build a long-term partnership. The starting payment is:

Base payment: $500/month

As the channel grows, the monthly payment will increase based on channel performance:

1 million monthly views: payment increases to $700/month
2 million monthly views: payment increases to $1,000/month
5 million monthly views: payment increases to $2,000/month

The goal is that as the channel becomes successful, everyone involved benefits from the growth.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the channel long-term, not just complete individual videos.
