JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our small engineering team. You will work on building, improving, testing, and deploying web applications and backend services.
This role is best for someone who is independent, driven, and comfortable taking a project from planning all the way to production.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain web applications using JavaScript, Node.js, and related technologies
- Write unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests
- Work on backend services, APIs, databases, and frontend features
- Take ownership of projects from planning to development, testing, and deployment
- Work with a small team of engineers to build and improve complex systems
- Help manage systems that interact across multiple services and microservices
- Use AI tools and LLMs effectively to improve development speed and productivity
- Participate in continuous development, code reviews, and Scrum-style workflows

Requirements
- Experience building web applications using JavaScript, Node.js, and modern web technologies
- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals
- Experience working with databases, preferably MongoDB
- Comfortable working independently and solving problems without constant direction
- Experience working collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Comfortable working in complex systems with multiple services

Preferred Experience
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2 and S3
- Experience deploying applications using Vercel, Netlify, or similar platforms
- Experience with GitHub Actions or other CI/CD tools
- Experience working in agile or Scrum environments
- Experience building bots for ---------- , Telegram, WhatsApp, or similar platforms

About the Role
Our team is small, but we manage a large system with multiple services. We use AI heavily to move fast and stay productive. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, figure things out, and help bring projects across the finish line.
