We're looking for an experienced Paid Media Performance Strategist to lead paid advertising efforts across multiple client accounts. This is a senior-level role for someone who can confidently develop strategy, launch campaigns, optimize performance, and communicate directly with clients.

What You'll Do
You'll be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple industries, with a focus on generating measurable business results.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop paid media strategies tailored to each client's goals
- Build, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta campaigns
- Manage Google Search, Display, YouTube, Local Service Ads,
- Monitor budgets and continuously improve campaign performance
- Analyze key performance metrics including CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality
- Build reports that communicate insights and recommendations to clients
- Collaborate with our creative team to develop high-performing ad creative and messaging
- Recommend landing page improvements and conversion optimization strategies
- Work directly with clients to review campaign performance and discuss strategy
Technical Requirements
Candidates should have strong experience with:
- Google Ads
- Google Local Service Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Meta Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI)
- Zapier
- Conversion tracking and attribution
- Audience building and retargeting
- Budget management and campaign optimization
Experience with the following is a plus but not a dealbreaker or required:
- LinkedIn Ads
- CallRail
- Mailchimp or similar
- CRM integrations
- Offline conversion tracking
- Geofencing
- OTT / Connected TV advertising
- Multi-location advertising campaigns
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate:
- Has 4+ years managing Google and Meta advertising campaigns
- Has independently managed paid media strategy for multiple clients
- Has managed monthly advertising budgets of at least $2,000 per account
- Understands performance marketing—not just campaign management
- Is comfortable making strategic decisions based on data
- Can explain campaign performance clearly to clients
- Works independently with minimal oversight
- Has excellent written and spoken English
