The Opportunity
We are looking for a Social Media Strategist & Content Manager who can plan, create, and manage content consistently.
This is a hands-on role. You will be responsible for writing posts, creating simple graphics, and maintaining a consistent presence across our social platforms.
This is not just a “post and forget” role — you should understand what makes content effective and be able to improve it over time.
What You Will Do
Social Media Management & Posting
Manage Funnel’s social media accounts (primarily
Schedule and publish posts consistently
Maintain a content calendar and posting cadence
Ensure content is aligned with brand voice and positioning
Content Creation (Writing + Graphics)
Write social media posts based on briefs, ideas, or raw input
Turn notes, voice ideas, or documents into structured content
Create simple, clean graphics using Canva (or similar tools)
Ensure visuals are consistent with brand style and messaging
Repurpose blogs, decks, and existing materials into posts
Content Strategy Support
Suggest ideas for improving content performance
Help identify what types of content work best
Contribute to improving overall content direction
Engagement & Community
Monitor comments and messages
Respond or flag important interactions
Support basic community engagement
Performance Tracking
Track basic metrics (engagement, consistency, reach)
Identify what is working and suggest improvements
What We Are Looking For
Required
Experience managing social media accounts
Strong writing skills (clear, simple, and structured)
Strong graphic design ability (Canva or similar)
Organized and consistent with execution
Able to work independently without constant supervision
Preferred
Experience with LinkedIn content
Experience creating branded social media visuals
Experience working with agencies or multiple brands
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role is defined by consistency, quality, and reliability.
Content is posted consistently and on schedule, with both writing and visuals aligned to the brand.
Graphics are clean, simple, and professional — not overly designed, but clear and effective.
You are organized, proactive, and able to manage your workload without needing constant follow-up.
Over time, content becomes more structured, more engaging, and more aligned with the agency’s positioning.
Compensation & Setup
This is a contract-based, part-time role.
Time Commitment:
~3 hours per day, Monday to Friday (approximately 15 hours per week)
Work is structured and manageable with clear direction.
Compensation:
$300 USD per month
Work Style: Fully remote, async
Tools: Slack, Google Docs/Drive, Canva
