JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a remote Sales Development Representative in the Philippines to help us find school districts across the United States that are refreshing their technology and selling used Chromebooks and iPads.

This is a sales/prospecting role. You will use GovSpend to research school districts and contacts, then use Pipedrive CRM to organize outreach, track conversations, and manage follow-ups.

Monthly comp plan:

2,000 devices closed = $1,000 bonus
3,000 devices closed = $1,500 bonus
4,000 devices closed = $2,000 bonus

Responsibilities:

Finding school districts in the U.S. that may be doing technology refreshes
Researching contacts through GovSpend and other available sources
Reaching out to school districts by email and phone
Asking about used Chromebooks and iPads they may be selling
Updating all activity clearly in Pipedrive
Following up consistently with prospects
Setting qualified opportunities for our team
Helping build a clean, organized pipeline of potential buyback deals

Compensation:

$500 USD per month base salary
$1,500+ month expected monthly earning
Performance bonuses for finding qualified Chromebook/device opportunities
Additional bonuses may be paid for strong leads that turn into successful purchases

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who has:
Excellent spoken English
Clear, professional communication skills
Prior sales, appointment setting, lead generation, or cold outreach experience
Confidence speaking with school district staff in the United States
Strong attention to detail
Experience using a CRM, preferably Pipedrive
Ability to stay organized and follow up consistently
Comfortable making calls and sending professional emails
Reliable internet and a quiet work environment
Experience with school districts, government sales, B2B sales, IT equipment, or technology resale is a plus, but not required.

Google Sheets or similar tracking documents when needed
