We manage short-term rental properties across the US, and our marketing reaches travelers, homeowners, and investors every single day.
The problem? Most copy out there sounds the same. AI flattened the internet into one beige voice, and we refuse to sound like
everyone else.
We are looking for a writer who knows what makes someone stop scrolling. Someone who understands a hook, who has taste, and who can write a first line so good people forget they were about to keep swiping.
What you will write:
Scripts for short-form social video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
Cold
Paid ad copy that earns the click
Landing page copy that converts
Who you are:
You have written real marketing copy before and can show us samples.
You can write the same idea five different ways and instinctively know which one lands.
You study good copy the way other people study sports. You can tell us why a hook works, not just that it does.
You write like a human, with rhythm and restraint.
The hard rule:
No AI. None. We can tell, and so can our audience. This role exists specifically because we want a human voice. If you lean on ChatGPT to write, this is not the job for you, and the trial period will make that obvious fast.
The details:
Part-time to start, $400/month USD.
This is a guaranteed 3-month engagement, so you have stability from day one while we both feel out the fit.
Strong performers get the first shot at a full-time role when the trial ends.
Fully remote.
You must have at least 2 hours of daily overlap with US hours, either 9 to 11 AM EST or 4 to 6 PM EST.
