JOB OVERVIEW

Empire Abrasives, a leading eCommerce company specializing in abrasives and related products, is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable eCommerce Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time remote role supporting our eCommerce and Marketing departments with the day-to-day execution work that keeps our catalog running across multiple channels.

This position is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of hands-on eCommerce experience who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment. If interested, apply here: ----------

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Update and maintain product listings, pricing, and inventory data across BigCommerce, eBay, and TikTok Shop, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all channels.
• Execute listing changes, edits, and optimizations as directed by the eCommerce and Marketing teams.
• Monitor and update channel-specific content including titles, descriptions, images, and attributes to meet platform standards and improve discoverability.
• Maintain and update recurring eCommerce reports, tracking key performance metrics and flagging anomalies for the team.
• Support TikTok Shop operations including product uploads, content updates, order-related tasks, and compliance with platform requirements.
• Identify and escalate listing errors, suppressed products, and platform issues to the appropriate tea ---------- mbers for resolution.
• Assist with new product launches by preparing listing data and ensuring all required fields are complete and accurate before going live.
• Complete ad hoc catalog and merchandising tasks as assigned, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and turnaround time.

QUALIFICATIONS
• 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce, catalog management, or online merchandising.
• Hands-on experience with BigCommerce, eBay, TikTok Shop, or similar eCommerce platforms.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic data entry; intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes accurately and consistently.
• Self-directed and reliable — able to manage a task list independently and flag blockers without waiting to be asked.
• Clear written communication in English.

Bonus: Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
