About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant to support one of our healthcare clients with daily administrative tasks.
Our client is a trusted physiotherapy clinic, chiropractic clinic, and massage therapy center in Vaughan, helping patients recover from injuries, improve performance, and manage chronic conditions.

This is a part-time position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on your performance and the client's business needs.

Work Duration: Part Time
Timezone: Eastern Timezone (EST)

?? Qualifications:

> At least 1 year of Virtual Assistant experience, preferably in a healthcare setting (Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Dental, Osteopathy, Naturopathy, etc.)
> Previous experience in a healthcare administrative or front desk role is an advantage
> Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
> Strong organizational and multitasking skills
> Experience using scheduling, billing, or EHR systems (Jane experience is a plus)
> Familiarity with insurance billing processes
> Basic knowledge of social media platforms
> Professional, friendly, organized, and detail-oriented

?? Responsibilities:

> Answering phone calls
> Booking appointments based on calls received
> Entering new clients into the system as per our checklist
> Sending new clients forms
> Make a list of people who do not book their next appointment
> Follow-up calls with new assessments
> Direct billing to insurance companies and making notes on appointments regarding any balance to collect from the client
