JOB OVERVIEW

We're a marketing agency specializing in ChatGPT Ads — the brand-new advertising platform inside ChatGPT. This just launched, almost no business knows it exists yet, and we help US companies get in early before their competitors do. That's the pitch, and it's an easy one to make.

We need a confident, high-energy cold caller to dial as many US businesses as possible and book qualified meetings on my calendar. You set the appointments — I run the sales calls and close. Your one job is to fill my calendar. Volume is the name of the game. If you love being on the phone, don't get rattled by rejection, and want uncapped earnings, read on.

What you'll do:

Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to US businesses (we provide the lead lists, dialer, and scripts)
Pitch ChatGPT Ads management in one clear sentence and spark interest
Qualify the prospect and book a meeting on our calendar — that's the win
Log every call and outcome in our CRM
Hit daily call and weekly appointment targets

You must have:

Excellent spoken English with a neutral/clear accent
Prior cold calling, appointment setting, or phone sales experience (B2B preferred)
A reliable computer, headset, and stable high-speed internet (backup internet a plus)
A quiet workspace with no background noise
Willingness to work US business hours (EST/PST)
Thick skin, great energy, and a competitive streak

Nice to have:

Experience selling marketing, advertising, SaaS, or agency services
Familiarity with dialers (e.g. CallTools, JustCall, Aircall) and CRMs (GoHighLevel, HubSpot)

Compensation — built for hungry closers of the phone:

$500/month base salary, paid twice a month
$25 for every qualified meeting you book that shows up — uncapped
Book 2 meetings/week = ~$700/mo. Book 4/week = ~$900/mo. Book more, make more.
Raises and bigger per-appointment bonuses as you prove yourself

This is a long-term, full-time role. We're scaling fast and want someone to grow with us — potential to move into a team-lead position over future callers.
