Hiring & Recruitment Manager — Remote | YouTube Media Company

We're a fast-growing YouTube automation company running 30+ monetised channels with a remote team of 70+ people across editors, writers, designers, and VAs. We're scaling fast and we need someone who can keep up.

This role owns the recruitment pipeline. You find the talent, screen it, test it, and make sure we never run short of the people we need to keep growing. Simple in concept. Demanding in practice.

**What you'll actually be doing:**
Posting job ads across ---------- servers, OnlineJobs, Reddit, ---------- and Facebook. Screening applications and running test submissions for editors, writers, and designers. Managing a live waitlist of approved candidates ready to deploy at any time. Keeping candidates warm so they don't go cold before we need them. Staying on top of the pipeline so we're never scrambling to fill a gap.

**What we need from you:**
- Fluent, excellent English — written and spoken. Non-negotiable.
- Highly active communicator. You're on ---------- daily, you respond fast, and you don't go quiet when things get hard.
- ---------- native. You know how servers work, you're comfortable navigating multiple communities, and you've used it professionally.
- Experience with video editing, writing, and graphic design — not as a specialist, but enough to recognise quality and spot someone who's faking it or not good.
- A figure-it-out mentality. If you don't know how to do something you find out. You don't wait to be told twice.
- Self-directed. You hit deadlines without being chased. If something isn't working you change the approach.

**The opportunity:**
This starts as a hiring manager role. For the right person it grows into a full HR and people operations position as the company scales — managing the entire talent function across a much larger team. We're building something serious and we want people who want to grow with it.

**Compensation:**
$500/month base with lots of performance bonuses for every hire who stays and performs. Long-term growth for people who lock in.
