JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a meticulous, reliable document editor to update and finalize documents from templates we provide. This is straightforward, repeatable work for someone who is fast, accurate, and careful with details. You'll be given the templates and clear instructions on exactly what goes where — your job is to plug in the correct information (mostly numbers and text fields) and return clean, professional, print-ready files.

Accuracy matters most. A single mistyped number is a problem, so we need someone who double-checks their work every time.

What You'll Do

Edit documents using provided Photoshop (PSD) and Adobe Acrobat (PDF) templates
Enter numbers and text into the correct fields exactly as instructed
Match existing fonts, sizing, alignment, and formatting so edits look seamless
Export and save final files in the correct format and naming convention
Proofread and double-check every entry before submitting
Keep files organized and turn work around within agreed deadlines

Requirements

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop (editing layers, matching fonts, exporting clean files)
Proficient in Adobe Acrobat (editing PDFs, working with form fields and text)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
Able to follow written instructions precisely and consistently
Reliable internet connection and your own licensed Adobe software
Good written English for receiving instructions and reporting back
Dependable and responsive during agreed working hours

Nice to Have

Experience with template-based or high-volume document work
Basic InDesign or Illustrator skills
Experience organizing and naming files for easy handoff
