JOB OVERVIEW

We run a few Shopify fashion stores and we're growing fast. Looking for a VA who thinks, not just clicks. Friendly team, real ownership, room to grow.

What you'll do

- Build product listings (titles, gallery, size chart, GMC checks)
- Edit and retouch product photos with Higgsfield or similar
- Chat with our supplier on Slack to clear small questions
- Run quick research tasks when needed
- Flag problems early

Note: We have Claude set up with our own instructions that handle most of the listing work automatically - copy, structure, descriptions. Your job on top of that is the visual and operational side: editing and retouching photos, building the gallery, adding size charts where needed, fitting products into the right collection, setting prices, and final quality check before publish. Less typing, more thinking and polish.

Hours:
First 2-3 weeks: 14:00-20:00 PH time.

After: flexible if work gets done and you stay reachable.

Pay & growth:
Starts at $3/hr. Up to $8/hr based on quality and ownership.

Per-job pay possible later. We reward performance fast. Long-term role for the right person.
