JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for:
Experienced marketing agent with 5 + years' experience in these roles

Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Social Media & Content Creator to help establish and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content, designing marketing collateral, and producing video assets. The ideal candidate is creative, deadline-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow brand presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and our Website (content planning, posting, engagement)

Create and edit short-form and long-form videos for social media (reels, shorts, tutorials, brand stories)

Design and produce marketing materials (brochures, flyers, banners, social media templates)

Develop written content for posts, captions, blogs, and website updates

Create and curate graphics, thumbnails, and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines

Plan and execute social media campaigns, including angles, hooks, and analytics tracking

Monitor performance metrics, analyze audience insights, and optimize content accordingly

Coordinate with marketing and branding to ensure consistency across all channels

Linked in management

CRM newsletter writing & email campaigns

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management and content creation

Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)

Video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut)

Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities

Knowledge of platform best practices for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn

Basic website/content management skills (CMS, WordPress or similar)

Creative thinker with a good eye for branding and layout

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with social media analytics (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics)

Basic photography knowledge or photo editing

Understanding of marketing funnels and lead generation

Familiarity with current trends in digital marketing
