JOB OVERVIEW

Remote | 4–6 Hours Per Week | Contract

I'm not looking for a traditional virtual assistant.

I'm looking for a smart, resourceful, AI-powered partner that pays high attention to detail, who can help grow my speaking business by creating opportunities, building relationships, and helping me stay focused on what I do best, speaking, coaching, and serving leaders.

What You'll Own
Research and pitch keynote speaking opportunities to conferences, corporations, associations, and universities.

Identify podcast, media, and guest interview opportunities and proactively secure bookings.

Use AI to research prospects, personalize outreach, and improve productivity.

Draft compelling emails, proposals, speaker introductions, and follow-up sequences.

Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Help manage my calendar, speaking logistics, and occasional administrative tasks.

You're a Great Fit If You...
Have experience supporting a keynote speaker, executive, coach, consultant, or thought leader.

Are an exceptional writer who knows how to get responses.

Are naturally curious and enjoy researching people, organizations, and opportunities.

Think in systems and find ways to automate repetitive work.

Are highly proficient with ChatGPT and other AI tools—and know that great results come from great prompts.

Take initiative, solve problems, and don't wait to be told what to do.
