We're looking for a sharp, creative, trend-obsessed marketer who lives on social media and loves using AI to make great content faster and smarter. The heart of this role is organic social — finding what's working right now, testing new content types before everyone else does, and turning scrolls into follows, clicks, and customers. You'll have real ownership over what we post, how it performs, and where we grow next.
If you get a little thrill from spotting a trend early, trying a format nobody's done yet, watching the analytics climb, and making a piece of content better than you found it — you'll fit right in. You don't need to have done all of this before, but you do need to be excited to learn. We use AI every day, and you'll use it to move faster: drafting, repurposing, researching, and creating gorgeous visuals.
It's a mixed role, and we want to be upfront about that. Organic social and marketing are the core of what we're hiring for — but you'll also help with customer service for our clean Christian music app, a bit of general admin, and whatever else a small, growing team needs. You need to be genuinely open to pitching in wherever we need you. We use tools like Claude (and Claude Code) every day, and we'll teach you how we work.
If you anticipate what's needed before being asked, take real ownership, communicate like a pro, and love learning something new — keep reading.
We're hiring the person, not the résumé. Creativity, instincts, and drive matter most; the rest we can teach — including the AI tools we build with.
What you'll do
Own our organic social (the core). Plan, create, and post across our platforms; catch trends early and act on them fast; test new content types and formats; build engaged audiences and keep them growing. This is the heart of the role.
Make scroll-stopping content — with an eye for design. Create visuals that look premium and on-brand, using AI image tools (Midjourney, Ideogram, gpt-image, and friends) to produce gorgeous images quickly. Good taste matters here.
Grow beyond organic. Pitch in on
Turn data into insight. Monitor analytics across platforms, spot what's working (and what's not), and bring us clear takeaways — not just numbers. Then double down on the winners.
Use AI to work faster and smarter. Lean on Claude / ChatGPT (and grow into Claude Code) to draft content, repurpose it across platforms, research, and automate the tedious parts of content ops. We'll teach you; you bring the curiosity.
Be my right hand. Anticipate needs, follow through without reminders, flag issues early, and close loops.
Support our clean Christian music app — content, community, customer service, and launch-related help.
Pitch in on the rest — light e-commerce / Etsy support and general admin as we grow.
A real love of music is a big plus — you'll be working in it every day.
Who you are (this matters most to us)
Creative and trend-obsessed — this is the big one. You live on social, you catch trends before they peak, and you have strong instincts for what makes people stop, save, and share.
An eye for design. You know what looks good, and you can create (or AI-assist) visuals that feel premium and on-brand.
Very proactive — a true self-starter. You take initiative instead of waiting to be told, teach yourself what you don't know, and your first instinct on a repetitive task is "can I make this faster?"
Tech-curious and AI-friendly. You're energized (not intimidated) by AI tools, and you're excited to use them every day to create and move faster. Any interest in automation or tinkering is a real plus.
Comfortable with numbers. You actually look at the analytics and let them guide your next test.
Great — not necessarily experienced. Eager, smart, proactive, and resourceful. We'd take a brilliant fast-learner over a seasoned coaster every single time.
Open and flexible. Happy to jump from a content project to a customer-service question to a quick admin task without missing a beat. You're here for the creative and marketing work, but you don't consider anything "below" you.
A clear communicator — responsive, easy to work with, and good at keeping us in the loop.
Reliable and professional — you do what you say you'll do, and you have a stable internet connection good enough to hold a video call and screen-share without dropping.
Honest and accountable — you log the time you actually work and speak up early when something's off. This one is non-negotiable.
Detail-oriented. To show us you read carefully, please mention your favorite color in your application where it asks how you heard about us.
Mission-aligned — you genuinely connect with what we're building: clean, faith-friendly music for families.
Helpful (but NOT required — we'll train you)

How to apply
Apply through the Google Form here:
Two quick things in the form:
When it asks about your experience with AI tools, tell us about a time you taught yourself something new — a tool, a content format, or a campaign — what you did and how it turned out. There's no "right" answer; we just want to see how you think and learn.
We're hiring one person and reviewing applications as they come in. Top candidates get a paid test project — your real chance to show us how you work.
If creating content, chasing trends, and using AI to do it all faster sounds more like a chore than something you'd genuinely enjoy, this probably isn't the right fit — and that's completely okay. But if everything above sounds like you, we'd genuinely love to meet you.
