Because of our continued growth, we are expanding our post-production department and are hiring four full-time Long-Form Video Editors to join our creative team.

About the Position

As a Long-Form Video Editor at Pest Daily, you will be responsible for the complete post-production process for many of our educational productions.

Unlike traditional social media editing, our primary focus is producing highly engaging long-form content that teaches, inspires, and delivers measurable value to our audience.

Projects include:

Comprehensive online e-learning courses
Long-form educational videos
Executive interviews
Video podcasts
Leadership training programs
Event presentations
Promotional documentaries
Educational marketing videos

Your responsibility is to transform raw footage into polished, engaging learning experiences while maintaining the visual identity and production standards that define the Pest Daily brand.

You'll collaborate closely with our production team, instructional designers, and leadership to ensure every project delivers an exceptional viewing experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Editing long-form educational video content from raw footage
Organizing and managing large video projects
Creating engaging pacing that keeps viewers watching
Incorporating graphics, motion elements, titles, and animations
Editing multi-camera productions
Color correction and basic color grading
Audio cleanup and mixing
Adding music and sound design where appropriate
Creating educational graphics and visual callouts
Maintaining consistent branding across all projects
Following detailed editing standards and style guides
Managing revisions efficiently
Collaborating with producers and project managers
Meeting production deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality

Required Qualifications

To be considered, you should have:

Professional experience editing long-form video content
Experience producing educational or course-based content
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro
Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects
Strong understanding of motion graphics
Experience with color correction and audio editing
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong English comprehension
Reliable high-speed internet
A professional remote workspace
Ability to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
Preferred Qualifications

Experience editing online learning platforms
Experience creating e-learning courses
Motion graphics experience
Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency
