About Us

We are U-S Limited, a fast-growing e-commerce company running multiple successful dropshipping brands across different European markets. We're building our email marketing fully in-house and moving away from our agency — and we want one strong person to own it. You'll work directly with the CEO and have real ownership over our entire email channel: campaigns, flows, segmentation, testing, and revenue. This is a long-term role with room to grow into an email/retention lead as we scale.

The Role

You will own email marketing across our stores and be responsible for turning it into a serious, predictable revenue channel. We don't want someone who just "sends newsletters" — we want someone who understands how to drive revenue, improve retention, and make smart decisions based on data.

Your Responsibilities

- Plan, build, and manage email campaigns in Klaviyo for our Shopify stores
- Create campaign calendars — d ---------- what to send, when, and to which segment
- Pick the right products and offers for each campaign based on performance and context
- Segment audiences by engagement, purchase behavior, country, and lifecycle
- Analyze performance and make data-driven decisions to grow revenue
- Continuously test subject lines, angles, offers, send times, and segments
- Monitor deliverability and keep the list healthy
- Work directly with the CEO on strategy and priorities
- Take ownership and think ahead instead of waiting for instructions

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of hands-on Klaviyo experience for e-commerce brands
- You've personally built and sent campaigns inside Klaviyo (not just managed someone who did)
- Solid understanding of segmentation, campaign planning, testing, and deliverability
- Commercially minded, analytical, and proactive
- Comfortable working directly with the CEO in a fast-moving environment
- Experience with dropshipping brands is a big plus
