ABOUT US

We are U-S Limited, a fast-growing e-commerce company operating multiple successful dropshipping stores across different European markets. We run our own brands with 3,000+ active SKUs sourced from a wide network of suppliers and agents. We move serious volume, and the complexity of our supply chain grows every week — more suppliers, more invoices, constant price changes, and more moving parts. We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager who can take full control of this and protect our margins.

THE ROLE

This is a high-volume, high-responsibility role. You will own our entire supplier and product operation. You will manage multiple suppliers, stay on top of every invoice and price change, and make sure our 3,000+ SKUs are always priced correctly, in stock, and fulfilled on time. A big part of this role is dealing directly with suppliers — and that means being a strong, direct communicator who verifies everything, questions incorrect charges, and holds suppliers accountable instead of accepting whatever they send. We need someone who is comfortable pushing back and negotiating hard to protect our pricing and margins.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage relationships with multiple suppliers and agents across different product categories
- Communicate directly and firmly with suppliers — verify pricing, question errors, and hold them to their terms
- Negotiate hard on pricing, volume discounts, shipping costs, and better terms
- Track, verify, and reconcile all supplier invoices — catch errors, double charges, and incorrect pricing before they cost us money
- Monitor price increases across all SKUs, flag them proactively, and calculate the margin impact
- Keep our 3,000+ SKU catalog accurate — cost prices, supplier links, shipping times, and stock status
- Monitor supplier performance: shipping times, defect rates, stock availability, and reliability
- Identify and resolve stockouts, fulfillment delays, and quality issues quickly
- Handle multi-currency cost tracking and understand the impact of FX on our margins
- Build and improve internal processes and systems to manage the supply chain at high volume
- Work directly with the CEO on sourcing strategy, cost optimization, and scaling decisions
- Take ownership and think proactively — anticipate problems instead of reacting to them

HARD REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience managing supply chain or supplier operations for a high-volume e-commerce or dropshipping business — this is not a role for beginners
- You are used to working with large revenues, large order volumes, and large SKU catalogs (3,000+ SKUs)
- Experience managing multiple suppliers / Chinese agents at the same time
- A strong, direct communicator and hard negotiator — you are comfortable pushing back, questioning charges, and holding suppliers accountable
- Strong with numbers — you can spot pricing errors instantly, calculate margin impact, and reconcile invoices accurately
- Highly organized and detail-oriented — nothing slips through the cracks
- Analytical, proactive, and able to make decisions independently
- Comfortable working directly with the CEO in a fast-moving environment
- Strong written English

NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED)

- Experience with European dropshipping markets
- Familiarity with Shopify, supplier portals, and fulfillment systems
- Experience building spreadsheets / systems for cost tracking and supplier management
