JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for a Meta Business Manager and Asset Specialist from the Philippines to manage and secure our advertising infrastructure. This is not a media buying or creative strategy role. You will be the technical backbone of our agency, ensuring our media buyers always have a stable, verified, and active environment to run campaigns without downtime.

If you have deep technical knowledge of Meta policies, multi-profile management, and asset security, this role is for you.

What You Will Do
Asset Infrastructure Management: Set up, organize, and maintain Meta Business Managers (BMs), ad accounts, pixels, and fan pages. Properly distribute permissions and access to the team.

Environment Security: Manage independent browsing profiles using anti-detect browsers (such as AdsPower, GoLogin, or Multilogin) combined with proxy configurations to ensure safe account environments.

Account Warm-up and Maintenance: Execute strict daily SOPs to maintain account health, trust scores, and activity logs across backup profiles.

Policy and Appeals: Monitor account compliance, spot restrictions early, and handle the complete verification process. You will submit appeals, manage ID verifications, and communicate with Meta Support to reinstate restricted assets.

Your Technical Stack and Experience
Proven experience managing Meta ad infrastructure, Business Managers, and asset backups at scale.

Hands-on knowledge of anti-detect browsers and proxy management (residential and mobile proxies).

Clear understanding of Meta Advertising Policies and practical experience handling identity verifications and asset appeals.

Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a process-oriented mindset for repetitive daily workflows.

Strong problem-solving attitude with clean and proactive communication.
