We are a data-driven performance marketing agency looking for a Senior Google Ads Specialist from the Philippines to join our remote team. We operate strictly on data, not emotional guesswork. If you are an operator who blindly follows Google's automated recommendations without verifying the underlying data tracking first, this is not the role for you.
We need an expert who treats paid acquisition like a science to scale B2B SaaS and DTC Shopify brands across the US, UK, and European markets.
What You Will Do
Audit and Diagnose: Before touching budgets, you will audit GTM setups, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) event integrity, offline conversion tracking (OCT), and consent mode signals to ensure all optimization is based on 100% clean data.
Execute and Scale: Architect, manage, and scale high-performing Search, Performance Max (PMax), and YouTube or Display campaigns.
Data-First Optimization: Control bid strategies (tCPA, tROAS) mathematically. Proactively identify budget leaks, negative keyword bottlenecks, and low-performing assets early.
AI-First Workflow: Collaborate with our creative team to leverage AI tools for rapid ad copy research, landing page hook testing, and asset variations.
Your Technical Stack and Experience
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience running Google Ads for B2B SaaS or DTC E-commerce brands (Shopify ecosystem preferred).
Deep technical proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and server-side tracking configurations.
Expert understanding of structural testing frameworks, data-driven attribution models, and asset group optimization within PMax.
Strong problem-solving attitude with clean, proactive communication skills.
