JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Virtual Assistant / E-commerce & Operations Assistant to support a growing beauty and wellness brand.

This role is ideal for someone who is strong in coordination, follow-up, website management, customer service, research, and admin support, and is able to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and update the Shopify website
Support website operations
Assist with customer service, including handling inquiries, following up on issues, and coordinating with the team to resolve customer concerns
Prepare and format decks, presentations, and simple documents
Take meeting notes, summarize key discussion points, and track action items
Follow up with internal tea ---------- mbers to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
Support simple research, market scans, competitor checks, and information gathering
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and external contacts
Organize files, folders, documents, and internal trackers
Support simple bookkeeping/admin, such as invoice tracking, payment reminders, and basic record updates
Assist with simple lead generation, such as research, list building, outreach support, and follow-up coordination

Requirements
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, E-commerce Assistant, Operations Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar support role
Experience using Shopify and confidence in managing basic website updates
Strong written and verbal English communication
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to manage multiple tasks and follow through independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel / Google Sheets, and PowerPoint / Google Slides

Bonus if you have
Experience in beauty, wellness, e-commerce, or consumer brands
Experience handling customer service
Experience with Canva or basic design formatting
Experience in basic bookkeeping
Experience supporting lead generation or partnership outreach
