JOB OVERVIEW

Exceptional Dental Academy ( ---------- ) is an Australian company running premium, hands-on masterclasses that teach dentists composite veneers, porcelain veneers and full-mouth aesthetic rehabilitation. We sell high-value course places through Meta ads and organic social content, and we are growing fast.

We are looking for a full-time Meta Ads & Organic Social Media Specialist.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Plan, build and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns end to end: campaigns, ad sets, audiences, budgets and testing
- Create scroll-stopping ad creative from assets we provide (static images, carousels and short video cuts) using Canva and CapCut
- Write strong ad copy and hooks aimed at dentists and practice owners
- Plan and schedule organic content (Reels, carousels, stories) that supports the paid campaigns
- Run A/B tests on creative, copy and audiences, and report on what is working
- Track performance (spend, CTR, cost per result, ROAS) and suggest improvements

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager (please show real campaigns and results)
- Excellent written English and persuasive copywriting
- Confident with Canva and basic video editing in CapCut
- Understands hooks, retention and what makes social content perform
- Organised, reliable, and able to overlap with Australian business hours (AEST)

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience advertising courses, coaching, info-products, or health/medical/aesthetics
- Familiarity with email marketing (Klaviyo)
