JOB OVERVIEW

- Role: Instagram DM Setter (warm inbound — not cold spam)
- Pay: $700/month base
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs/week. Long-term.
- You'll: Reply to people who DM my Instagram, build real rapport, and either book them a call for my mentorship or get them into my free course.

ABOUT ME / THE ROLE
I'm a 22-year-old entrepreneur. I build content on Instagram and YouTube around making real income online — Amazon, wholesale, and the business behind it — and I run a paid mentorship program plus a free course. My DMs are full of people asking how to start. I need one sharp person to live in those DMs and turn conversations into booked calls and free-course sign-ups.

This is NOT a cold-DM spam job. These are warm people who already follow me, watch my content, or reply to my stories. Your job is to talk to them like a human, figure out where they're at, and point them to the right next step.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Reply fast to inbound Instagram DMs and story replies through ManyChat
- Build genuine rapport — no copy-paste scripts, no robotic energy
- Qualify each person: where they're at, what they want, whether they're ready to invest
- Hot, ready, qualified ? book them a call for the mentorship
- Not ready / lower budget / just curious ? get them into the free course so they stay warm
- Follow up consistently with every open conversation
- Keep every lead tracked in a simple pipeline

WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE (KPIs)
- Respond to warm leads within ~5–15 minutes during your shift
- Hit the weekly booking targets we agree on
- High show-up rate on the calls you book (you book quality, not just volume)
- Pipeline clean and updated every single day

WHO YOU ARE
- You've done DM setting / appointment setting before — ideally for a coach, creator, or online program — and can show it
- Native-level written English. You write like a real person, not a chatbot.
- Fast, reliable, and genuinely good with people
- Self-motivated — I treat my team like adults, not people to babysit
- Comfortable in the make-money-online / online business space

DON'T APPLY IF: you already have another full-time job, you rely on AI to write your messages (I will know), you go quiet for hours at a time, or you've never actually set in the DMs before.

PAY
$700/month base. This is a long-term, full-time role with real room to grow as the business grows.
