# Bilingual Spanish Virtual Assistant (Healthcare) – Patient Scheduling & Referral Coordinator
**Leg Pain & Vascular Institute**
**Remote (Work From Home)**

## Compensation
**Base Salary:** **$500 USD per month** (paid monthly via Wise)
### Uncapped Performance Bonuses
Earn additional monthly bonuses based on completed patient outcomes:
* **$10** for every **new patient you schedule who completes their initial consultation**
* **$20** for every **new vein ablation consultation completed**
* **$50** for every **qualifying vascular procedure completed** by a patient you originally scheduled
**There is no cap on bonus earnings.** The more patients you help schedule and guide through treatment, the more you earn.

## About Us
Leg Pain & Vascular Institute is a growing specialty vascular practice dedicated to providing minimally invasive treatments for leg pain, varicose veins, peripheral artery disease, knee pain, uterine fibroids, hemorrhoids, enlarged prostate (BPH), and other vascular conditions.
We are looking for a **friendly, energetic, and results-driven bilingual (Spanish/English) Virtual Assistant** who enjoys talking with patients, building trust, and helping them take the next step toward treatment.

## Responsibilities
* Respond quickly to new patient inquiries from
* Call, text, and
* Follow company scripts while maintaining a warm, natural conversation
* Educate patients about our services
* Collect and accurately document:
* Patient demographics
* Insurance information
* Primary Care Physician (PCP) information
* Schedule consultations and procedures
* Perform appointment reminder and confirmation calls
* Follow up with patients who have not yet scheduled
* Coordinate referrals with physician offices
* Enter all patient information accurately into eClinicalWorks (eCW) or other designated systems
* Maintain detailed notes on every patient interaction
* Meet scheduling, conversion, and quality goals

## Qualifications
### Required
* Fluent in **Spanish and English**
* Healthcare customer service experience
* Medical scheduling experience
* Excellent communication and phone skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Comfortable following scripts while building rapport
* Reliable high-speed internet connection
* Quiet, professional home office
* Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
### Preferred
* Experience with **eClinicalWorks (eCW)**
* Referral coordination
* Insurance verification
* Medical call center experience
* Previous experience as a remote healthcare Virtual Assistant

## Work Schedule
* **8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (U.S. Central Time)**
* **6 days per week**
* Must be available to work weekdays and weekends
* Work **every other weekend**
* Receive **one weekday off each week**

## Bonus Qualification & Payment Terms
* Bonus payments apply only to **new patients** you originally contacted and scheduled.
* Bonuses are earned **only after the appointment or qualifying procedure has been completed**.
* No bonuses are paid for canceled, no-show, or indefinitely rescheduled appointments.
* All bonus-eligible activities must be accurately documented in **eClinicalWorks (eCW)** or another company-approved tracking system.
* The Company reserves the right to verify all completed appointments and procedures before issuing bonus payments.
* Base salary and earned bonuses are calculated monthly and paid according to the Company's standard payment schedule.
