Hook & Ladder Exteriors is looking for an elite Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who can sell, manage customers, and keep our operations running smoothly. This is a long-term opportunity with room to grow.

What You'll Do:
Answer inbound calls and respond to new leads quickly
Close sales over the phone
Manage our CRM and sales pipeline
Schedule jobs and coordinate with technicians
Provide outstanding customer service and follow up with customers
Send estimates, collect reviews, and help retain recurring customers
Keep everything organized and ensure an excellent customer experience
Requirements:
Fluent, professional English with outstanding pronunciation and communication skills
Must be a killer salesperson with a proven ability to close deals
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Experience managing CRMs and sales pipelines
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable communicating with technicians and customers throughout the day
Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and quality headset
Available during U.S. business hours
Compensation:
