JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual Assistant – Daily Mandatory Tasks
Work Time: 5–8 Hours Per Day
Daily Responsibilities
- Respond to all Facebook Messenger inquiries for the renovations company and all guest messages for one Airbnb property.
- Manage the Airbnb calendar, reservations, guest communication, check-ins/check-outs, and coordinate with the cleaning team.
- Create and publish 2–5 daily marketing posts for the renovations company, including graphics, flyers, before-and-after photos, project updates, and engaging captions.
- Share marketing content in local Facebook groups to generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness.
- Follow up with new leads and re-engage past clients using approved templates and AI-assisted messaging.
- Schedule estimates, manage the company calendar, confirm appointments, and keep customer records organized.
- Monitor comments and messages, provide excellent customer service, and notify management of any urgent issues.
Daily Goal
- Generate new leads, grow the renovations company's online presence through consistent marketing, maintain organized scheduling, and provide outstanding communication for both renovation clients and Airbnb guests.
