JOB OVERVIEW

We are CreatorFlow, a Germany-based influencer management service specializing in micro-creators. We manage the inboxes of content creators and handle incoming brand collaboration requests on their behalf.

Our goal is to filter, structure, and prepare collaboration opportunities so that creators can focus on content while we handle communication and deal flow.

Your role is highly structured and process-driven.

You will be responsible for reviewing incoming emails from brands and sending the first response based on a clear checklist and predefined system. The goal is to extract all relevant information needed to evaluate a potential collaboration.

This is not a creative writing job. It is a logical, detail-oriented role where you follow a system and think carefully.

What You Will Do:
• Read incoming emails from brands (collaboration requests)
• Carefully extract all available information from each email
• Identify missing information using a structured checklist
• Respond with a professional and friendly message requesting the missing details
• Ensure that after your reply, all important collaboration details are clarified
• Categorize emails into high-quality, unclear, or low-quality opportunities
• Filter out irrelevant or low-value offers (e.g., product-only deals when not suitable)
• Work across multiple creators with different requirements and standards
• Occasionally respond differently depending on the creator’s preferences (e.g., rejecting certain offers directly)

Key Objective:
Your main goal is to ensure that every conversation is moved forward in a structured way so that all important information is available for decision-making.
After your reply, we should clearly see:
• What the brand wants
• What they offer
• Whether the collaboration is worth pursuing
Typical Workload:
• Around 30 to 60 minutes per day
• Work should be done daily to keep inboxes up to date
• Workload may increase over time
Requirements:
• Strong written English (very important)
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow structured processes
• Logical thinking and decision-making
• Reliability and consistency

Nice to Have:
• German language skills (many emails are in German)
• Experience with email tools (Zoho, Gmail, etc.)
• Experience with influencer marketing or brand collaborations
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT (allowed and encouraged if used correctly)

Important Context:
We manage multiple creators, and each creator has different collaboration rules.
Examples:
• Some creators accept product-only collaborations
• Others only accept paid deals
• Some require minimum budgets
You must be able to:
• Understand which creator the email is for
• Apply the correct logic when responding
• Make smart decisions based on guidelines
