JOB OVERVIEW

GHL (GoHighLevel) Specialist - Part Time Virtual Assistant

Fitness Business in Australia

10 hours per week | $5 to $8 USD/hr depending on experience
Position: Part Time, ongoing

Schedule: Flexible, AEST hours preferred

What we are looking for:

- Proven GoHighLevel experience
- Strong with automations, workflows, funnels and pipelines
- Experience with GHL booking systems and calendar setup
- Conversation AI experience inside GHL
- Comfortable working independently with existing SOPs
- Strong attention to detail

We have a WordPress website, lead capture form, knowledge base and Conversation AI setup in our new GHL account. We need someone to fill the gaps, build out our automations and get the full system running properly.

- A self starter who reaches out proactively with updates and reports
- Someone who tracks every lead, appointment, and every trial booking and makes sure nothing slips
- You flag issues before they become problems
- You follow up, stay on top of the pipeline and make sure no lead goes cold and no trial gets missed
- You take ownership and communicate well
