JOB OVERVIEW

We're Bloom Cove - a growing premium DTC brand in the motherhood space, selling across 40+ markets. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented E-commerce Manager to work directly with our founder and become a key part of the team.

We need someone who thinks independently, spots loose ends before they turn into problems, and genuinely takes ownership of their work. If you love bringing order to a busy, growing business, you'll fit right in.

You'll be working remotely, but as part of a close-knit team - we collaborate closely, share wins, and support each other. And because we're scaling this role has room to grow: more hours, more responsibility, and the chance to develop alongside the brand.

Hours: ~25 hours/week to start, with a clear path to more as we grow.

What you'll be doing
- Supplier communication - following up on orders, shipments, and quality issues
- Stock forecasting and inventory tracking
- Managing our content pipeline and keeping the system organized
- Handling disputes (Shopify, Klarna, PayPal)
- Making updates in Shopify (product pages, collections, discounts, etc.)
- Ad-hoc tasks across the business - you'll be the person who closes open loops
- Naming, organizing & launching ads

You'll thrive here if you
- Have prior experience in a hands-on e-commerce or operations role
- Are organized, proactive, and communicate clearly in English
- Can work independently and flag issues before they escalate
- Are comfortable with tools like Shopify, Google Sheets, and email management
- Want to grow with a brand rather than just tick off tasks
