Financial Talent Group is a U.S.-based recruiting firm specializing in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Human Resources, Leadership roles. We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter in the Philippines to support our U.S. recruiting team. This role starts as an individual contributor with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role managing recruiters in the Philippines as our team expands. We are looking for a Recruiting Manager that can oversee a team but be a working manager, hands-on recruiting.
Recruiting Responsibilities:
• Source candidates for open positions
• Screen and qualify candidates
• Present qualified candidates to our internal team
• Build talent pipelines for repeat searches
• Conduct outreach to active and passive candidates
• Keep detailed and organized notes in Bullhorn
• Support searches from Staff Accountant to VP of Finance and other professional-level roles
Recruiting Experience Requirement:
• 5+ years of professional recruiting experience
• Strong experience recruiting for accounting, finance, and banking roles
• Ability to recruit across multiple levels, from staff to executive
• Strong screening and qualification skills
• Ability to review a job and build a search strategy quickly
• Ability to identify fit before presenting candidates to our team
Technical Skills Required
• Strong experience with Bullhorn Enterprise
• Advanced skills using LinkedIn RPS
• Experience using job boards like Indeed and other sourcing tools
• Strong ATS documentation and follow-up discipline
• Ability to manage multiple searches at one time
English Requirement
You must be bi-lingual in English (written communication, spoken communication, candidate screening, business communication with a U.S.-based team)
