JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, long-term Operations Manager to partner with leadership and drive execution across our SEO and Website Project Management teams. In this role, you will own cross-functional workflows that bridge client communications, HR initiatives, and technical project management.

What You’ll Do
Operations & Systems Leadership: Own and optimize our ClickUp architecture to maximize efficiency and keep our agency running like a well-oiled machine.
Client Delivery & Alignment: Partner with leadership, the SEO Manager, and the Web PM to oversee client communications and ensure seamless project delivery and accountability.
HR & People Operations: Drive internal HR initiatives, oversee team tracking, and collaborate on leadership-level people management and culture.
Operational Execution: Maintain a dedicated 9 AM to 5 PM schedule to drive real-time ---------- ntum, unblock bottlenecks, and keep active agency projects moving forward.

What We Are Looking For

ClickUp Expertise: Proven experience in architecting, structuring, and optimizing complex ClickUp environments, including advanced automations, dashboards, and reporting.

Digital Agency Literacy: A solid understanding of SEO and Web Development workflows. While you won't be coding or executing technical SEO, you must confidently speak the language and effectively manage the lifecycle of these projects.

Executive Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface professionally with high-value clients and align internal teams.

Operational Leadership: The discretion and emotional intelligence required to manage confidential HR initiatives, oversee team performance, and act as a trusted extension of the leadership team.
