JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US-based health, beauty, and personal care distribution company looking for a highly experienced brand specialist to manage product listings and brand profiles across multiple brands specifically through RangeMe. This is a long-term freelance role with consistent work.
This is NOT a training role. You must already know RangeMe thoroughly.

What you'll be doing:

-Building and managing complete product listings for multiple brands on RangeMe
-Optimizing product titles, descriptions, images, and attributes to meet retailer standards
-Keeping all listings current - pricing, certifications, claims, and product details
-Monitoring buyer activity, profile views, and inbound retailer interest
-Ensuring each brand profile is fully built out and positioned competitively
-Communicating updates and activity reports regularly

What we require:

-Proven hands-on experience managing RangeMe accounts — multiple brands strongly preferred
-Deep knowledge of RangeMe PREMIUM features and retailer-facing content requirements
-Experience in health, beauty, or personal care product categories
-Strong written English for product copy and communication
-Reliable internet connection and availability during US business hours (at least partial overlap)
-Self-sufficient - able to manage everything independently without constant direction
