JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for an experienced grant researcher to help identify and prepare grant opportunities for my growing AI education and consulting business.

This is a part-time independent contractor position for someone based in the Philippines who enjoys research, organization, writing, and helping small businesses secure funding opportunities.

About the Business

I own Quicksilver Ai, a business focused on practical AI education, consulting, and business support. We help individuals and businesses learn how to use AI tools effectively in real-world situations.

We are seeking grants related to:
• Small business development
• AI literacy and technology education
• Educational programs
• Women-owned businesses
• Senior entrepreneurs
• Other applicable grant opportunities

Your Responsibilities

• Research qualified grant opportunities
• Evaluate grant requirements and eligibility
• Create and maintain a grant tracking database
• Build a grant application calendar with deadlines
• Prepare draft grant applications and supporting materials
• Organize research and application documents
• Present findings in a clear and organized manner
• Work collaboratively with me to finalize applications

• Have experience researching grants and funding opportunities
• Have strong written English skills
• Are highly organized and detail-oriented
• Can work independently and provide regular updates
• Are comfortable researching unfamiliar topics
• Enjoy helping educational and mission-driven businesses grow
• Can explain your research process and recommendations clearly

Hours and Compensation

• Approximately 6 hours per week to start
• Independent contractor/freelance position
• Please include your hourly rate

Success in the First 30 to 60 Days Would Include:

• Identifying at least 20 qualified grant opportunities
• Creating a grant tracking database and application calendar
• Preparing at least 10 grant applications or application packages ready for final review and submission
