We are seeking a highly independent, sharp B2B Data Researcher to completely eliminate research bottlenecks for our fast-growing sales team. Your primary responsibility is data mining and organizational mapping. You will research rural hospitals and healthcare staffing agencies to map out decision-makers, secure direct contact information, and identify current company news.
Our sales team handles all the actual outreach and selling; your job is to give them a highly accurate, highly targeted list of warm opportunities. Crucially, you will not just provide names and numbers—you will look for recent news, job openings, and operational updates to provide our sales team with context.

Key Responsibilities:
* Targeted Company Mapping: Research and build a database of target hospitals based on specific geographic and size criteria.
* Contact Discovery: Identify the exact right decision-makers and extract their direct phone lines and verified
* C-Level Executives: CEO, CFO, and COO.
* Credentialing Leaders: Director of Credentialing, Credentialing Manager, Director of Medical Staff Services, MSO Coordinator, or Director of Revenue Cycle.
* Contextual Research: Dig deep into company job boards, news releases, and social media to identify urgent staffing/operational needs.
* Competitor Intelligence: Investigate if the prospect is currently utilizing an existing vendor.
