About the Role
Our company is looking for a Sponsor Relations & Compliance Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for our EB-3 visa sponsors on matters of case status and employer-side compliance. This role requires someone with a legal or compliance background, excellent communication skills, and a sharp eye for detail. The right person will keep sponsor relationships running smoothly while ensuring every case stays compliant and well-documented on the employer side.
Key Responsibilities
-Serve as the primary point of contact for employer sponsors regarding case status, documentation, and compliance matters.
-Monitor and track active EB-3 cases to ensure employer-side requirements and deadlines are consistently met
-Coordinate with sponsors, internal teams, and external compliance partners as needed
-Maintain organized, accurate, and audit-ready records for all sponsor and compliance documentation
-Identify potential compliance gaps or risks early and escalate them proactively
-Support the preparation, review, and tracking of compliance-related documentation and reporting
-Build and maintain strong, professional working relationships with sponsor contacts
-Provide clear, timely updates to internal leadership on sponsor and case status
Escalation & Risk Management
-Investigate sponsor-related compliance concerns and recommend corrective actions
-Maintain a risk register for active sponsors and identify trends that may affect case progression
-Escalate potential legal, regulatory, or operational risks to leadership promptly
Qualifications
-Background in law, legal support, immigration, or compliance (required)
-Experience with case management, particularly in an immigration, legal, or regulatory context, is strongly preferred
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable serving as the primary sponsor relationship contact
-Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
-Discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive or confidential information
-Proactive, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
-Working knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration, employer sponsorship requirements, labor certification processes, or EB-3 programs is strongly preferred.
