JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Remote with regular collaboration on UK hours

Role overview:
You will plan, launch and optimise our paid social campaigns to grow
leads and sales. The focus is Facebook and Instagram ads; over time the
role can expand into other channels such as Google Ads and Reddit Ads. Our
team supplies the creatives and sets the strategy — you own the
day-to-day: building campaigns, testing, and optimising against the
numbers. This is a hands-on operator role for someone sharp,
systematic, and genuinely driven by performance data.

This is a full-time remote role for a UK organisation. Candidates
outside the UK must keep at least a four-hour overlap with UK working
hours, especially in the late afternoon or evening when teamwork is
required.

Key responsibilities:
- Build, launch and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
- Set up audiences and ad sets, and run A/B tests on supplied creatives
- Monitor performance daily and optimise (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM)
- Manage the ad account end to end and keep it organised
- Report weekly on performance, spend efficiency and ideas for growth
- Communicate clearly on what you are changing and why

Essential skills and experience:
- 4 or more years running paid social / digital ad campaigns
- A real understanding of ad metrics and the instinct to act on them
- Ability to translate data into clear, prioritised actions
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Organised and process-driven; comfortable working independently

Desirable:
- Experience with Google Ads or TikTok Ads
- Familiarity with a project tool such as ---------- , Asana or Trello
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, OpenClaw or equivalent
- Working knowledge of GA4 or Looker Studio (a small plus, not essential)

How to apply:
To show you read this, start your reply with the word "OPTIMISE". Then
tell me briefly: (1) one campaign you managed and the actual result with
numbers, (2) the ad platforms and tools you use day to day, and (3) your
full-time availability in UK time. Applications that skip these steps
won't be considered.
