We are looking for a proactive **Sales Development Representative (SDR)** to help us build and qualify international B2B buyer opportunities.

## Role Overview
Your main responsibility is to find, research, and qualify **importers, distributors, and wholesale buyers** who can purchase and distribute coffee products in their local markets.
This is not a data entry or marketing role — this is a **sales-focused lead generation role**.

Focus on finding buyers in:
* Africa (e.g. Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya)
* Asia (e.g. Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam)
* South America (e.g. Chile, Colombia, Peru)

## Target Companies
You will focus on finding:
* Coffee importers
* FMCG distributors
* Food & beverage wholesalers
* Supermarket supply distributors
* Hotel & restaurant suppliers (HoReCa sector)
* Office coffee suppliers

## LinkedIn Responsibilities (VERY IMPORTANT)
LinkedIn is a core sales channel for this role.
You will:
* Use LinkedIn to identify importers, distributors, and decision makers
* Send connection requests to relevant business contacts
* Send direct outreach messages to initiate conversations
* Follow up with leads and manage conversations
* Track all LinkedIn activity in a structured spreadsheet or CRM
* Support optimization of the founder’s LinkedIn profile for B2B credibility
The goal of LinkedIn work is ONLY to generate real business conversations and meetings.

## Responsibilities (Overall)
* Research international B2B buyers using Google, LinkedIn, and directories
* Identify decision makers (Import Managers, Purchasing Managers, Owners, Category Managers)
* Collect verified contact information
* Qualify leads based on distribution capability and import activity
* Organize all leads in Google Sheets
* Rank leads based on priority (High / Medium / Low potential)
* Write short reasoning why each lead is relevant

## Required Skills
* B2B Lead Generation experience
* LinkedIn Sales experience (outreach, not posting)
* Market / Prospect Research experience
* Strong English communication
* Google Sheets / Excel proficiency
* Attention to detail
* Ability to identify real business opportunities (not just data collection)

## Preferred Experience
* Experience in export/import or FMCG industries
* Experience working as SDR or Business Development Assistant
* Familiarity with coffee, food, or beverage industries
